AND IT WENT FOR - 32 Castlwood Road - ALLENBY
Last week, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 25 x 110 foot lot at 32 Castlewood Road in Allenby.
It is a flip, and it is not a good flip.
It was listed just over 2 weeks ago for $1,299,000. The price was dropped last week to $1,090,000.
Based on the quality (at least from what can be seen from the pictures, not that that bright white door isn't a give away) was not good.
Just look at this bathroom...
I thought the price was too high and that it would still be a hard sell still considering the listings of the neighbours at 24 Castlewood Road and 37 Castlewood Road that went under $1 Million.
But the day after I posted this house....
It sold...
For $1,025,000.
