Well, another year has passed and still no sale.
But now there has been another price drop.
Or maybe not.

So, it could be listed at $13,800,000 or, if you don't feel like paying an extra million, you could buy it for $12,800,000.
Considering that MLS has it listed at $12,800,000...
I'm going to go with that.

P.S. Not only is this house insane, those floor plans at the bottom are pretty crazy too.
