A few weeks ago, when I posted the 'For Lease' listing of the house at 45 Russell Hill Road that wasn't selling, I referenced this house.
It had been listed for years and presumably never sold.
It was a beautiful 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 109.94 x 134.9 foot lot that was designed by Anne Hepfer and featured in Canadian House and Home in April 2011.
It was first listed at $4,998,000 before having a price drop in April 2012 to $4,680,000. It still didn't sell and the house was listed 'For Lease' for in July 2012 for $12,500/month.
I don't think it was ever leased, but something has happened in the meantime...
Because this house is now listed again.
And the address is now 236 Poplar Plains Road, not 204 Balmoral Avenue!!!
Plus, it has been renovated with 'The Addition Of Grand Front Gated Entrance'...
And the new lot size is 110 x 77.13!!!!
What happened to 109.94 x 134.8!?!
It looks like they sold that front lawn for a lot size of 57.57 x 110!!!!!
For how much!?!
This house is now listed, with half the lot and an about to be a blocked south facing view....
For $3,495,000!!!
