This is a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 37 x 221 foot lot in the Beaches.
There is a lot about it that I like but a few things I am not so crazy about.
Firstly, it needs more trees. It is completely exposed and that would drive me crazy.
I like that they scrapped the formal living room and went with a media room instead. And those doors are amazing!
The dining table is currently set up against the wall but there is plenty of room to have it in the centre. I really like the kitchen but I would have preferred if the counter along the wall went all the way to the wall of cupboards.
The family room is a good size. It's bright, it has a fireplace, and though some people might not like the wood, I think it works really well here.
Upstairs, it is all good too. I am not a fan of the tile in the bathroom but it suits the house. The bedrooms are large, but it looks like this is more of a 4+1 bedroom house with those built-in desks.
The third floor master is large. I just don't get why the bed isn't along that black wall. And I do-not-get the whole bathtub IN the shower thing.
The backyard is large, but again, it needs trees.
And that hot tub. Why are hot tubs such a big thing in this neighbourhood!?!
This house is listed at $1,989,000.
Though this is a great house on a big lot, I feel like this is a little high.
I would say closer to $1,875,000.
Trees are expensive!
It is a pretty great house inside though!
