39 Albany Avenue - ANNEX
Huh?
Does this house look familiar? It might look familiar because I posted this house at 39 Albany Avenue in April 2012 when it was for sale for $1,449,000.
It was a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom detached house with an unfinished basement, no parking, and an odd first floor layout.
It sold for $1,449,000.
A year and a half has passed, and the first floor still has an odd layout. They have moved the dining room to the back room which works, but why is there a desk in the front hall?
Upstairs, not a lot has changed at all. They MAY have painted but that seems to be it.
But the basement...it has been finished to add a bedroom and a bathroom.
And now the asking price is....
$1,950,000.
Uh...I don't think so.
