22 Wilberton Road - DEER PARK
Okay.
So...I get what they were going for here in the interior.
It's kind of like a larger version of 112 Ivy Avenue in the Greenwood-Coxwell area that sold for $912,000 in July...
And a smaller (but not nearly done as well) version of 314 Palmerston Boulevard that sold for $3,470,000 in August and was also featured in this month's issue of Canadian House and Home...
I love the floors, I think a lot of people won't like the black windows, but I am into it, though the kitchen is a finger print nightmare, it is nice to look at, the bathrooms aren't exactly how I would do it but they are good....
But WHY the church look!?!
WHAT is this thing!?!
That did NOT used to be there...
WHY? WHY? WHY?
I don't get it.
The listing says 'castle', I see church.
This is a 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 35 x 135 foot lot.
There is a lot to like here, but between the overabundance of ceiling beams and wall trim at the front door (can't think of the right word)....
And that castle/church thing...
I think the asking price of $2,998,000 might be a little difficult.
That thing is going to be a dealbreaker for a lot of people.
Not to mention the price.
