310 Wallace Avenue - JUNCTION TRIANGLE
First off...
I DO NOT GET ROOF TOP PATIOS AT THE FRONT OF A HOUSE!
Sure...maybe if this was the actual view from the roof...
Without binoculars or a pervometer camera lense..
Because this is the actual view...
Do you see the CN Tower!?!
Why a street front patio!?!
From the emails I have received from the reader who sent in this listing, I think he actually finds this house offensive. He can't stand the stucco, or the black, or the two together.
Me? I don't feel that strongly about it.
But the layout of the first floor!?! I don't get that?
It's like the layout of the new build row house at 265 Glenforest Road in Teddington Park that had the dining room right at the front door, but that house was a LOT bigger.
In this house, you can basically put your keys down on the table without actually stepping into the house!
And why is there so much wasted space with that kitchen!?! A kitchen with a layout like the one at 131 Morse Street would have made more sense.
The finishes are good throughout the house though. I don't like the backsplash, but that's not a big deal. I'm not crazy about how this bedroom overlooks the alley...
This is 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom house. I don't know the lot size or if it has parking because, as of last night, this is no longer listed on MLS.
It had been listed since mid-November with an asking price of $895,000.
As of today, it's no longer listed.
So...sold, relisting in the new year, or a price drop?
I say price drop, in the new year. Maybe to $835,000.
But even if you think this house is offensive like the reader who sent it in, considering this is what it USED to look like...
