PRICE DROP/RELIST - 63 Douglas Crescent - GOVERNOR'S BRIDGE
Just over a year ago, I posted this 4+2 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 34.25 x 129.75 foot lot at 63 Douglas Crescent in North Rosedale.
It's a good sized new build on a ravine lot with 4 parking spaces.
But that garage! I couldn't believe it was tall enough to fit a car.
I also couldn't believe the asking price.
$3,450,000!?!?!?!
There was no WAY that was happening.
And it didn't. A couple of months later, the price was dropped to $2,999,999.
It never sold and it was relisted in the fall...at a price increase!
The new price was $3,250,000.
It didn't sell and the house has been listed again.
This time...
For $2,999,900.
