This is a 4 bedroom (though it is really a 2+2 bedroom), 4 bathroom semi with a 2 car garage on a 19.69 x 120 foot lot at 27 Macpherson Avenue.

And I love it...
Maybe so much that I can get over the fact that the front door goes RIGHT into the kitchen. Sure, it's an amazing kitchen, but the light coming from the back would be so nice to have in the kitchen, not the dining table that you don't use all that often. And I just don't get the walking right into a kitchen thing.
The storage across from the dining table would have to go somewhere else if you wanted to keep the island...I just don't get kitchens at the front door. Maybe it's just me.
The fireplace is amazing. The ceiling height is crazy.
The rooms are big and bright.
I would have been more into the deck being wider and the stairs closer to the garage though.
But, other than the kitchen....
I love it.
It's listed at $2,250,000.
Considering that a similar semi at 85 Macpherson Avenue that didn't have a finished basement sold for $2,210,000...
Or that the neighbour 2 doors over at 23 Mapherson Avenue that would need a LOT of work to compare to this house just sold for $1,523,000...
This house is going over.
.Even though this is really only a 2 bedroom...
Probably closer to $2,395,000...maybe even $2.435,000.
