Last month, I posted this 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 4,000 square foot laneway house at 6A Brockton Avenue in Little Portugal.

It's the home of designer Elaine Cecconi of Cecconi Simone.

And her house has been listed on and off since at least 2010 when it was the Toronto Home of the Week.

In 2010, the house was listed at $2,250,000.

In October 2014, it was listed at $2,400,000.

As of last week, the new asking price is...

$2,250,000.

The same price as 2010.
