I like this house.
It reminds me a lot of the 2 bedroom red, East York bungalow at 51 Frayter Avenue that I posted in June 2012 that was listed at $379,900 and sold for $375,000..
Especially the before picture of this house...
But with the white painted brick, I like this one even more.
It is a 1+2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 16.25 x 100 foot lot with a detached garage at 528 Quebec Avenue in the Junction.
I am not sure I would be comfortable with my bedroom being upstairs while there was a kid's bedroom below with sliding doors. Perhaps having the parent's bedroom in that basement room, with another bedroom in the middle of the basement and using the upstairs room as the family room would make sense.
Otherwise, I like everything about this house (well... not so much the mulch in the backyard).
This house is listed at $429,900.
If you want to get into this area but aren't willing to pay $799,000 for a 3 bedroom row house...
Then this is a pretty great option.
You just might need to be a heavy sleeper. This house is located REALLY close to the stockyards...
