At the end of October, I posted this 5+1 bedroom, 7 bathroom house on a 38 x 150.75 foot lot at 27 Vesta Drive in Forest Hill.
A reader had sent it in pointing out that it was the personal home of Harvey Wise who was the designer behind the house at 48 Hawthorn Avenue...
Clearly, if you like his style, you would love this place. For me, it's a little too traditional, but I see why someone would love it.
But it didn't feel very big.
And for $4,995,000, I didn't think it would sell for ask. But I didn't think it would sit for long.
It sat for 45 days.
And it sold for 94% of ask....
At $4,700,000.
Not bad.
