87 Cleveland Street - DAVISVILLE VILLAGE
This is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom semi on a 21.5 x 98 foot lot with one parking spot at 87 Cleveland Street in Davisville Village.
It looks like the front door has been moved to the side, and though I don't normally like side centre halls (is that what it's called?), I like it in this house. It makes the house feel bigger than it otherwise would.
Only problem is the coat hooks in the living room. Is there no space for those on the other side of the wall?
The bedrooms are a good size. The bathroom isn't big but it is clean. The yard isn't huge but there is a good deck.
There is parking, and according to the floor plan, there is a basement rec room.
So...this is a really good house that shows really well (can't figure out how much of that is staging but it doesn't matter).
It is located around the corner from the semi I posted at 23 Forman Avenue that was listed at $869,000 and sold for $902,000.
This house, though a very similar location, is on a busier street and has one less bedroom and a smaller lot.
It is listed at $799,000.
Depending on what the basement looks like, it seems that the furnace and hot water tank could be moved to create a bathroom and a separate laundry room.
This is probably selling closer to $865,000.
