I first posted this 2,344 square foot, 2+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom condo at 25 Scriviner Square (a long frickin time ago) in November 2011.

It was a good condo that I would have sworn was staged (apparently it was designed by Brian Gluckstein), but then I saw the Cetaphil...

And it had a great south facing view of the city.   I just couldn't figure out the floor plan.

It was priced at $3,195,000.

Guess it didn't sell because it is on the market again and it looks exactly the same.

  It still has the Cetaphil...

All the furniture is the same, but they have added a stuffed animal in the bedroom...

And the listing now says the taxes are $14,525.24, not $17,396.70, and that it is a 2370 square foot condo with 3 bedrooms, not 2+1.

They have even added a floor plan to clear it up...

So, yeah, it could be 3 bedrooms, but it is really still 2+1.

And other than the front door opening right to the kitchen/dining room, it is a great layout though I still think the dining area should be opened to the living room (and that 2 peice bathroom seems really long, doesn't it?).

The new asking price is $2,995,000.
