But it is a really good house.
It is a 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 25 x 132 foot lot with a 1 car garage and a front pad parking spot.
Though you would think that it would be dark inside from looking at it from the front, it is super bright. The white paint helps, but I think this house is just naturally bright. And being south facing doesn't hurt.
The floors look like they are in good shape. I don't think the kitchen is brand new, but they have updated it with a new sink, new counters, and new white appliances. I just wish they had chosen a different light fixture for over the counter, but that's an easy change.
The bedrooms are a good size. There are no photos of the bathrooms which usually isn't a good sign.
But the basment is also bright, it's done....
The yard is big.
Basically, it's move right in.
The asking price is $1,099,000.
If the house at 32 Castlewood Avenue...
Could sell for $1,025,000 a year and a half ago...
There is no reason this house couldn't sell somewhere around $1.230,000! Okay, maybe not that high but definitely close to $1.2.
I just wonder what is happening with those washrooms.
