73 D'Arcy Street - GRANGE PARK
This is a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi/row house on a 24.5 x 150 foot lot at 73 D'Arcy Street.
And when I saw it, I thought it was the house at 69 D'Arcy Street hat I first posted in 2012...
When the asking price was $1,290,000...
Then it was listed again in
March 2015 when the price was increased...
To $1,990,000.
I am guessing it never sold this time around at TWO MILLION, but it looks like someone has added a porch since the listing photo was taken 3 years ago...
Now, this house on the other end of the 3 row houses is for sale...
And these people are a little less delusional.
The asking price for this house is $950,000.
But considering this is what is going on right next door...
That still might be a stretch.
