Last week, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached house on a 20 x 151.58 foot lot at 8 Ascot Avenue in Corso Italia.

The listing said...

 *****Sold As Is****

With

****Water Damage***

And...

Sellers And Real Estate Agent Do Not Warranties For Any Construction Problems.

It was listed at $528,000.

Even though it sounded like a bit of a nightmare, if you knew what you were doing, this could probably be a great house.

And considering that the neighbourhood has seen crazy price increases over the last 2 years...

I thought this would sell closer to $650,000.

It didn't quite sell that high, but it did sell for...

$620,000.

So, is this getting reno'd or torn down?

No idea, but either way, looks like Corso Italia is getting into the million dollar range!
