SOLD - 38 Fallingbrook Drive - BIRCH CLIFF
Though I never posted this 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 57 x 132 foot lot at 38 Fallingbrook Drive in Birch Cliff...
I did mention it when I posted the price drop for the almost identical looking neighbour at 42 Fallingbrook Dive...
When I posted that house, it had been listed since October. I posted it in December when the price was $2,279,000.
It didn't sell and in March, this house was listed at $2,249,000.
Though it looked a lot like 42 Fallingbrook, I preferred the interior of 42 and 42 had that deck and backyard...
This house had this backyard...
So, when I posted the price drop to $2,195,000 for 42 Fallingbrook in May, I wondered when this house was going to have a price drop.
Five days later, 42 Fallingbrook sold for $2,125,000.
And this house then dropped to that same price. I thought it would need another drop.
It didn't, but it did just sell under ask...
For $2,060,000.
Looks like there are lots of deer near the cliffs...
