AND IT WENT FOR - 1031 St. Clarens Avenue - EARLSCOURT
On Thursday, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi with a detached garage on a 16.71 x 132 foot lot at 1031 St. Clarens Avneue in Earlscourt.
It wasn't a super exciting house, but it was a good house.
And it had art that has been in the house at 50 Ardworld Gate...
And 18 Wells Hill...
And 101 Lonsdale Avenue...
With a similar one at 199 Pearson Avenue...
There was also a framed Sesame Street Fever album cover...
Which, for me, was the most exciting part of the house.
But as I mentioned, though not super exciting, this was still a good house.
It was listed at $679,000. I thought it would sell closer to $715,000.
It sold in 4 days...
For $750,000.
