It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 17.54 x 180 foot lot with a 1 car garage at 22 Forman Avenue in Davisville Village.
It's located across the street from the semi at 23 Forman Avenue that I posted a year ago...
It was listed at $869,000. I thought it would sell for $945,000.
While that was a good house, it was a slightly narrower house with a longer backyard, but no parking.
And this house just shows better.
I don't think the kitchen is brand new, but everything else about the house is.
And that garage? That's big.
This house is listed at $899,000.
It will probably sell closer to $1,089,000, and if that kitchen looks good in person...
Maybe even $1,125,000.
