AND IT WENT FOR - 31 Harcourt Avenue - RIVERDALE

Last week, I posted this 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 30 x 120 foot lot at 31 Harcourt Avenue in Riverdale.

It was a house that I had posted in February 2012 when it was looking a little tired inside and the asking price was $1,079,000.

I am not sure what it sold for, but it was completely renovated, with the addition of a pool at the back...

That was featured in the September issue of Canadian House and Home.

And the asking price was $1,549,000.

Regardless of what the house sold for in 2012, I thought that price was low.

I thought it would sell closer to $1,685,000...maybe $1,725,000.

It sold...

For $1,675,000.
