PRICE DROP - 399 Pine Avenue - OAKVILLE
In August, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 50 x 140.5 foot lot at 399 Pine Avenue in Oakville.
It was a quaint looking house on the outside, but on the inside...
It was done.

Or from Apartment Therapy or One King's Lane or Style Me Pretty Living.
Basically, this house is all over the internet.
It was the home of decorator (not designer, as one reader pointed out) and Bijou and Boheme blog author, Christine Dovey.
Some readers hated the style of the house. Some thought it was too much and 'over the top'. I thought it was great. Sure, the lights in the kitchen were a bit much, but I kind of liked it with everything else.
But all that stuff is leaving and then it's just the house. And the location of the house backing onto this street wasn't great...
So, the $1,379,000 was probably a little high.
It was. This house has since had a price drop.
The new asking price for this house is now...
$1,329,000.
