AND IT WENT FOR - 140 Glendale Avenue - RONCESVALLES

At the end of October, I posted this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 25 x 119.88 foot lot at 140 Glendale Avenue in Roncesvalles.

The house was fine, just a little tired.  But it could be amazing with a lot of work.

I just am not loving that thing on the third floor...

This house was listed at $1,297,000.

I thought that considering that the house at 201 Geoffrey Street...

Sold for $1,536,000....

That this could sell close to $1,425,000...maybe $1,450,000.

It didn't.  It sold last week after 22 days on the market...

For $1,265,000.
