PRICE DROP - 30 Gibson Avenue - SUMMERHILL
As I mentioned in the post, if it weren't from the broadloom and the curtains, it would be decorated just like the house at 3 Givins Street in Trinity-Bellwoods...
There was a lot of teak.
But as the listing said...
The main floor offers the charm of yesteryear
So, it hadn't been touched in years and it was a full reno.
It was listed at $1,395,000. I thought it could definitely sell for asking.
And it was back on the market 6 months later for $1,795,000...
It didn't sell and the price has been dropped...
To $1,779,000.
Not sure that's going to help.
