mishMASH PRICE DROP - 5211 Tenth Line - ERIN, ONTARIO
In September, I posted this 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on 93 acres of land at 5211 Tenth Line in Erin, Ontario.
If you were into concrete floors and the black kitchen, then this place was great.
The kids' rooms looked like the storage might not be so awesome, and the kitchen storage wasn't great...
And at the price, that might put someone off.
Which may be why this place was on the market since at least September 2011 when it was the Globe and Mail Home of the Week.
At that time, the asking price was $3,700,000.
When I posted it, the price was $2,999,900.
That was a much better price, but I guess it never sold because it is still on the market with a price decrease.
The current price for this place is now...
$2,988,000.
Not sure that's going to do much.
Plus, with the new price, they got rid of the Le Creuset....
But, then again, they did replace it with some Pellegrino...
