PRICE DROP - 337 Wellesley Street East - CABBAGETOWN
In September, I posted
It was an updated looking house on the outside, so I thought it would be updated on the inside as well.
It's not that it isn't updated on the inside though. It was. It just was n't what I was expecting. But I think a bit of paint could change the feel. And with the rooftop deck and the parking, this was a good house.
When I posted it, the asking price was $1,358,000. I thought that it could sell close to asking because of the house across the street at

That
sold in the mid $1.3s last February.
But this house had already been listed in March 2013 when it was the
Globe and Mail Home of the Week. The asking price was $1,198,000.
And from the looks of the furniture, this house hadn't changed hands.
So, the asking price would be hard.
It didn't sell and the
price was increased a couple of weeks ago to $1,499,000.
And now it has been dropped.
The new asking price is...
$1,199,000.
Guess they want to sell.
