It's located on the quieter portion of the street just east of Bedford from the house that needs work in my last post on the west side of Bedford at 56 Bernard Avenue...
That house was initially listed at $3,588,000 and is now down to $2,999,000.
When I first posted this house in November 2012 , it was listed for $3,079,000. I thought it was more of a $2,950,000 house.
I am not sure what it sold for but it was back on the market in September 2014 when it was listed at $3,300,000.
It's now back on the market again and looks just as good now as it did before, if not better (I really like the neutral decor).
The asking price is $3,325,000.
