144 Galley Avenue - RONCESVALLES
In February 2013, I posted this 6+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with a detached garage on a 24.83 x 128.50 foot lot at 144 Galley Avenue in Roncesvalles.
It was fine as it was but it had potential and could use some work.
It was listed at $969,900. It sold for $1,023,000.
In that post I said...
Maybe they are going to refigure and move that box space a closet or something. Or maybe it is staying a 6+1 bedroom.
Annnnd...
They left it as a 6+1 bedroom house. Absolutely nothing has changed.
If this were to increase by 10% a year, the asking price would now be $1,462,000.
Instead, the current asking price is...
$1,199,000.
So, is this going over? Probably. Is it going to sell up to $1,462,000? Probably not.
