It was a move-in-ready house that probably had more bedrooms than it needed, but it was a good house.
Like that house, this house has a lot of reds and blues in the decor but not as much. And like that house, with some white paint, this could feel like a completely different house.
But this is a smaller house. It is a 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi with 1 car garage on a 16.71 x 120 foot lot.
I prefer the front of this house (that brick is amazing), the floors, and the style of the bathrooms. But the main bedroom closet is located through the main bathroom. That drives me nuts. And the second bedroom is really a family room that would need to use the main bathroom if it were to become a bedroom so not great for a family.
The third floor and the basement aren't finished like the other 2 floors but they each have a bathroom...and they both are a good space to keep all your files.
The backyard isn't huge but there is a large rooftop deck.
The asking price for the house at 97 Walker was $2,298,000.
This house that is a little more up-to-date but is not great for a family is listed at $2,795,000.
So....maybe a little overpriced?
