22 Belmont Street - YORKVILLE
In 2013, I posted a row house on a 16.12 x 80 foot lot at 22 Belmont Street in the Annex. It looked like this...
It was interesting but a bit of a mess. Here is what the stairs looked like...
And the kitchen was in the basement.
It was listed at $1,150,000. When I posted it, the price was down to $1,095,000, It finally sold in March 2014 for $985,999.
By October, it was back on the market as a flip. The kitchen was moved upstairs and the first floor was completely opened up. The asking price was $1,289,000. It sold for $1,327,900.
Two years later and it's back on the market.
The current asking price is $1,750,000.
At a 10% increase, the price should be $1,606,000. So, too high? I don't think so. I think this will sell fast.
