In September, I posted this 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 22.28 x 100.50 foot lot at 10 Ellerbeck Street in Playter Estates.
It was a flip of a house that used to look like this...
I wasn't crazy about the look of the front but I suppose it was an improvement.
It was listed at $1,599,000...
Which I thought was pretty high considering there was no parking and the house wasn't large.
It didn't sell and 2 weeks ago, I posted the price drop to $1,529,000. But what I didn't know and what a reader pointed out today...
This house was put up for lease 20 days ago...
For $7,000/month.
And as the reader who sent it in said...
