PRICE DROP #2 - 182A Moore Avenue - MOORE PARK
In August, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom new build on a 25 x 144 foot lot at 182A Moore Avenue in Moore Park.
It was one of 2 houses built on a lot that used to be this house...
It was a 3 bedroom house on a 50 x 144 foot lot that was listed in Novemeber 2011 for $1,349,000.
After being torn down and replaced with 2 new builds, with the other house selling in the summer. This house was listed after for $3,180,000.
I thought that was REALLY high considering this was the backyard...
I don't know what the other house sold for, but if the mirror image house had already sold, you would think this one would be priced similarily.
But I'm starting to think it was nowhere near $3.2 million because this house didn't sell and the price was dropped in September to $2,995,000.
It has now been dropped again and it looks like they are willing to negotiate because the new asking price for this house is...
$2,598,000.
It might need one more drop.
