For a bungalow, even though the lot is a good size, this is pretty expensive.  Even for a new build lot, it's still a little expensive.  It's a good lot but its not that good.

Considering the house at 179 Old Yonge Street...

That was initially listed at $4,300,000 but had 2 price drops and I think eventually sold around $3.4ish...

Maybe this isn't so crazy for a new build lot.  But the lot itself isn't as big as that house.

So, I was kind of shocked to see the final sold price for this house.

After 6 days on the market (and I don't know how many offers), this house sold...

For $2,760,000.
