11 Ridgewood Road - FOREST HILL (3 Comments)
This is a 4+1 bedroom, 7 bathroom new build on a 62 x 266.43 foot ravine lot at 11 Ridgewood Road in Forest Hill.
It is a house that used to look like this on the outside...
And this on the inside....
It was listed in February 2013, a month before I first posted the neighbour and possibly my favourite listing ever at 15 Ridgewood Road...
It had 20 price drops ffs!!!!
This house also had a few price drops but not as many. It was first listed in February 2013 for $2,495,000. After 2 price drops, it finally sold in April 2014 for $1,700,000.
It is now back on the market as a new build and for the most part, I like it.
It needs some landscaping to make it look a little less stark at the front. And I am not sure I like all the brown on the inside but with less brown furniture and accents, it could look warmer.
But overall, it's a good house (though I did kind of love the original and wish that had just been updated).
It is now listed at $6,895,000.
Hmm...like the original house and the neighbour at 15 Ridgewood...
This might need a price drop or 2.
