AND IT WENT FOR - 111 Glen Road - ROSEDALE

Last week, I posted this 6+1 bedroom, 7 bathroom house with 4 parking spots on a 68 x 109.17 foot lot at 111 Glen Road in North Rosedale.

It was a house I had posted in July 2013 when it looked like this...

It was a good house then but I thought the 'staging' was a little cold...

It was listed at $5,055,000.  I thought it was more of a $4.4 house.  It eventually sold in May 2014 for $3,650,000.

Last week, it was back on the market and it was fully staged with over 70 throw pillows.

The asking price was $5,395,000.

Considering the last sold price in 2014, at 10%, this should be around a $4,675,000 house.

But considering it probably should have sold around $4.4 in 2013 (in my opinion), a $5.4 asking price was probably the right price.

And it was.  This house has now sold...

For $5,580,000.
