AND IT WENT FOR - 40 Beaconsfield Avenue - BEACONSFIELD VILLAGE

On Tuesday, I posted this 6+2 bedroom, 6 bathroom semi on a 34.92 x 124.25 foot lot at 40 Beaconsfield Avenue in Beaconsfield Village.

It was a flip of a house that I had posted at the end of June when the asking price was $1,490,000...

Even though it had apparently sold a year earlier when the asking price was $1,549,000.

In mid-July, it sold for $1,700,000.

After 7 months, it was back on the market as a flip.  And it was a FLIP.

The windows were the same old single pane original windows, the paint had only been touched up, the floors were a weird dark colour...

And this was the kitchen...

It was listed at $2,450,000.

It has already sold...

For (approximately) $2,400,000.
