AND IT WENT FOR - 18 Sunnybrae Crescent - MOUNT DENNIS

In September, I posted this 3+1 bedroom 2 bathroom house on a 31 x 123 foot lot at 18 Sunnybrae Crescent in Mount Dennis.

As pointed out by the reader who sent in the listing, it was a flip done by the same person that flipped the house at 238 Kenilworth Avenue in the Beaches...

And 108 Wineva Avenue also in the Beaches...

The reader recognized the poofs...

This was a smaller house and I wasn't crazy about the wall separating the dining room and the kitchen.  But it was a good house in an up and coming neighbourhood.

It was listed at $799,999.

I thought it was a little high but...who knows.

At some point, it had a price drop to $769,000.

After 3 months on the market, this house finally sold in December...

For $745,000.
