AND IT WENT FOR - 32 Beaty Avenue - PARKDALE

In April, I posted this 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 99.25 x 171 foot lot at 32 Beaty Avenue in Parkdale.

It was a beautiful, old house on a huge lot.

And sure, Parkdale is seeing houses like the one at 53 Wilson Park Road sell for $2,395,000 in February 2016...

And the one at 208 Dunn Avenue sell for $1,900,000 in December 2013...

But $4,400,000!?!?!

It didn't sell and the price was dropped in June to $3,950,000, then to $3,795,000 in September, and then to $3,495,000 in November...

Well, thanks to the reader for pointing it out earlier today...

This house finally sold last week after 9 months on the market...

For $3,340,000.
