At the end of October, I posted this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom row house with 2 parking spots on a 16.12 x 80 foot lot at 22 Belmont Street in Yorkville.

It was a house that looked like this in 2013 when it was listed at $1,095,000...

After a few price drops, it eventually sold for $985,999 in March 2013.

By October 2014, it was back on the market as a flip.  It had been opened up and totally updated. 

It was listed at $1,289,000.  It sold for $1,327,900.

In November 2016, it was back on the market for $1,750,000.  Even though that was higher than a 10% annual increase, I thought it was a good price and would sell fast.

I'm not sure when it happened but I guess it didn't sell and at some point it had a price drop to $1,700,000.

By the end of January, it sold...

For $1,750,000.
