This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi with a detached garage and a basement apartment on a 17.5 x 125 foot lot at 565 Palmerston Avenue in Seaton Village.

It is a house that I posted in November 2014 when the listing photo looked like this...

It showed well then and it shows well now.  But I do think the 2014 listing photos show the kitchen better...

In the current listing photos, it looks kind of small...

But that didn't stop this house from selling over ask.

In 2014, this house was listed at $799,000.  It sold for $851,750.

Two years later, it was listed for $999,000.

With no noticeable changes, it sold...

For $1,375,000...

Or an annual increase of 27%.
