Yesterday, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached house with 1 parking spot on a 20.17 x 100 foot lot at 7 Mackenzie Crescent in Beaconsfield Village.
It was a house that was sandwiched between the house at 5 1/2 Mackenzie Crescent...
That needed a lot of work and sold for $1,055,000 March 2013...
And the house at 9 Mackenzie Crescent...
A house that was the same size as this house and had been flipped into a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house. It was listed at $1,299,000 in April 2013. It sold for $1,299,000.
And it was located down the street from the house at 21 Mackenzie Crescent...
That needed work and sold for $1,375,000 in May 2015 after initially being listed at $1,800,000...
This house was a move-in ready house though slightly dated. It was listed at $1,599,000.
I thought it would sell closer to $1,675,000.
It sold...
For $1,921,000.
