PRICE INCREASE - 64 Hilton Avenue - CASA LOMA (4 Comments)

In mid-February, I posted this 4+2 bedroom, 5 bathroom detached house with a garage on a 26.92 x 124.50 foot lot at 64 Hilton Avenue in Casa Loma.

It was a new build on a lot that used to be this house...

It was initially listed in December 2012 for $724,900.  It sold a couple of weeks later for $680,000.

A year and a half later, with no changes, it was back on the market for $990,000 or a 46% increase.

After a bunch of price changes...

I guess it sold because it was back on the market as this new build a few years later.  It was a good house but it was clearly a new build.  And it basically had no yard for the price...

It was listed at $2,890,000.

So, either they wanted more or they have seen what is going on with the market the last month because (thanks to a reader for pointing it out)...

This house has had a price increase...

To $3,290,000.
