In September, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom row house with a garage on a 12.25 x 90 foot lot at 662 Dundas Street West in Kensington.

It was a very well looked after house but it was a 12.25 foot wide row house on Dundas...

It was listed at $879,900.

It didn't sell and the price was dropped in October to $825,500...

It was dropped again in December to $799,900...

It didn't sell and at some point it was dropped again to $769,900.

It finally sold in mid-February...

For $760,000.
