25B Givins Street - TRINITY-BELLWOODS (1 Comment)
Two years ago, I posted this 2+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse condo at 25B Givins Street in Trinity-Bellwoods.
It was a flip of a house that used to look like this...
And it was done by the Green Couch developers (aka Evan Saskin).
It's not a big townhouse and some people might not like the small first floor that is taken up by a lot of hallway due to the division of the lot to accommodate 2 townhouses.
It was listed at $990,000. I'm not sure what it wold for but it is back on the market and you can see how it looks with real life furniture.
And it looks small but if you are looking for a condo alternative that isn't in a big building and has some outdoor green space (as small as it is) then this is a great option.
It is now listed at $1,499,000 with a $200/month condo fee.
