A little over a week ago, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with a 2 car garage on a 20 x 110 foot lot at 740 Logan Avenue in Riverdale.

It was a house that used to look like this...

It had since been completely renovated.  And though it didn't seem very big on the first floor and didn't have a family room, the house as a whole was really good.

It was listed at $2,195,000.

I thought it would sell closer to $2,450,000.

It sold...

For $2,650,000.
