If you are okay with the location, this is a great house.

It is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached house with a garage on a 50 x 123 foot lot at 492 Christie Street in Wychwood and this is the location...

So, it's not super busy, but it is still fairly busy and not super family friendly. But it is literally steps to Hillcrest Park.

And this is the backyard...

But for some reason when it was last listed in April 2015 for $1,775,000, it didn't sell. Sure the location wasn't the best and it was really only a 2 bedroom house and the kitchen was tiny. But it was charming as it was and could be even better with some work.

At the end of May 2015, the price was dropped to $1,549,000 then it was back up a week later to $1,598,000.

Again, it didn't sell and it's now back on the market.

They have taken out some furniture (I don't know why because I liked it better before). And they split the large master bedroom into 2 rooms with a walk-in closet in between...

Which works will if you are good with the size of the kitchen and don't want an ensuite master bath.

But if you squared off the house and moved the dining room to the family room and created a large kitchen/family room where the dining room is and in the squared off space...

And then put another bathroom where the closet is and make the current bath an ensuite for the squared off new master bedroom space and perhaps another bedroom over the sunroom...
