At the end of March, I posted this 1+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1,345 square feet on a 16.33 x 32.90 'lot' with 1 parking spot at 388E Manning Avenue in Palmerston.
It was a unit in the same building as an apartment I posted in at the end of 2015 at 338C Manning Avenue...
Because this was the only bedroom that was shown in this listing...
I assumed it was this person that lived here...
But according to a reader who had been in the apartment, there was another bedroom and that baby's room was actually the living room..
The condo at 388C Manning was listed at $729,000 at the end of 2015. It sold for $705,500.
A little over a year later, this place was listed at $699,000. A couple of weeks later, the price was increased To $948,500.
It has now had a price drop and a photo of the actual bedroom has been added to the listing...
The new asking price is $888,000.
