This house is amazing.
I like everything about it and I would take all the furniture as well. All of it.
It is a 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 45.60 x 130 foot lot at 361 Inglewood Drive in Moore Park.
At first I wasn't sure who the architect was, but after a quick search, I discovered that the architect was JCI Architects. The same people behind the house that recently sold at 252 Macpherson Avenue...*
Among a few others I have posted before.
And if you liked that style and you like the idea of the Integral House at 194 Roxborough Drive being located right in the ravine...
But not so huge and with a more family friendly feel...
Or a little more up to date than the space ship house around the corner at 514 St. Clair Avenue East...
This house is it. And it is a lot 'cheaper'.
The Integral House was first listed at $28,000,000. After two price drops bringing the price was down to $19,500,000. It finally sold (with a secret sales price).
The space ship house at 514 St. Clair was initially listed at $10,000,000 with a price drop to $8,800,000 with no sale that I am aware of.
This house is listed at...
$8,380,000.
I don't think it will sit for long.
