That was on the market in February 2014 (a time that I guess I was a little obsessed with a Vimeo account that had hours of Beastie Boys interviews).
It was a good house with a kind of small living room but 5 good sized bedrooms.
This house is only a 3 bedroom house with a 3rd floor principal suite. But it is a good house as well.
The house at 1238 Shaw Street was listed at $849,000 in 2014. I thought it would sell for $915,000...maybe a little higher. It sold for $1,002,018.
This house has now been listed for a month. The asking price is $1,288,000.
