This isn't a big house spanning 5 floors. But it is a very good house.

I'm not crazy about the bathrooms (it's the sinks which is a pretty easy fix) but everything else about the house it great.

The first floor is bright with lots of windows and a large kitchen with plenty of storage. There is a bright family room at the back with a fireplace and there is a front hall closet that doesn't take up too much room.

Upstairs, as I mentioned, I don't love the bathrooms but there is an en suite in the master and then another bathroom for the kids. The front and the back bedroom have lots of closet space. And the basement room isn't huge but it is a good family room/playroom.

Plus, it has a really good backyard (if you are okay with no grass).

I'm not sure if the furniture is all staging or the homeowner's furniture, or a mixture of both, but it looks great and shows really well.

For a small family, this hosue basically has everything.

The asking price is...

$1,329,000.

It's not a huge house, but with that first floor with that kitchen and the family room...

That seems about $200,000 too low.
